A twig of a young elderberry bush. We didn't expect it in this part of the forest, but the power lines suggest the seed came from a bird that sat on the line, gorged on elderberry fruit, and pooped. We like to know where elderberry grows in our area – it makes perfect summer drinks.

You can't call the you sell if you pack it in containers made from dead dinosaurs.

And again. This time she was not very happy about it – we helped her up, won't make this mistake again. She was rewarded for her suffering.

Our wetlands have many sources of pungent stuff Pietruszka likes to roll in, so we sometimes call her Stinkerbell, or, in Polish, usrałka.

If all goes well we'll be able to move out of this tiny house in a few months .

Our wetland meadow is almost dry and soon we'll be able to walk here.

And this is the sensor I carry around for testing. It's very power hungry and we found a solution, but eventually we'll have to put that battery back in the lawn mower.

After seven years we're slowly starting to shut down the larger part of our small operation. Some of our customers will be completely cut off from the Internet again – they have to cellular range and no fiber. Our not so large infrastructure operator s losing their frequencies to bigger players. Some of our customers now worry that their new operators won't deal with their problems as well as we did. It's nice to hear we did a good job.

And we'll find a better way to mount the mast. Right now it's stuck in a pipe attached to our rainwater tank. That moose bone we found nearby a few years ago is jammed in the pipe and keeps the whole thing stable.

And it's up, ready to gather data from sensors I'll be placing in our wetlands. The 6 metre mast is just for testing, if all works well the device will go much higher.
