We're expecting heavy rains on Friday and Saturday, and that will be a good opportunity to test some stuff. I hope I'll remember to change the sampling frequency of our water level measurements form the boring one hour to ten or even five minutes. And I hope we'll have a simple display of the data, still not sure what to use. Does anyone here have experience with Streamlit?

Sufficient signal at almost two kilometres from a gateway just 6 metres high, through a dense forest. Soon it will be 14 meters up. My 27 yo testing platform seems to have an issue with the radiator but today was unusually cool.

At last some water in this desert. But it's flowing out – it will get worse.

Once it's properly mounted and calibrated it will send data once every hour or so to preserve the battery, but now it takes measurements every few minutes. Once in a while the distance drops by some thirty centimetres, I wonder if this is the cause.

Can you see the distance sensor that will, once properly mounted, measure the depth of water in a ditch on our border, in the of ? I hope potential thieves won't see it either.

Padło pytanie gdzie jest gateway. Odpowiedziałem, że Barbie jest wystawiona z mauzera. I wszystko jasne dla wszystkich, dla których ma być jasne.

Even further away from the gateways, RSSI -73, SNR 14. There will be no problem with measuring the level of water in a ditch nearby. Those sensors work pretty well at first glance, but they were not made for wild areas – still haven't found a way to switch off the very bright LEDs that light up during transmission. We want to kep this place dark at night. And the LEDs use up the battery.

The barrel was easy – just a few metres away from both the sensors. The question was how would the sensors transmit through thick, wet vegetation. I'm not measuring anything but radio parameters from this spot on the edge of a meadow in .

New sensors arrived a few days ago, but I had to wait till today with testing. Bad news – something is wrong with one of the gateways. Good news – the sensors work. Fortunately there was a short shower so I could see the sensor on the barrel at work.

I'll have to find out how many generations of storks worked on this nest, the largest I've seen in this area. Someone will have to climb that pole to take samples for radiocarbon dating.

An important day – ministers of the European Parliament approved . As usual, Poland voted against it, along with Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Finland, and Sweden. The Austrian minister voted for – and she is now facing serious troubles at home for her brave move. Maybe there's still a chance for our disappearing .
