Today was very hot. It got a bit cooler just before the storm so and I went on a short walk near the house. Fortunately a tractor passed here recently, otherwise walking in the tall grass would not have been possible.

A ditch in the of – or maybe I should call them the *former* wetlands of Polesia. It should not be dry.

Western Polesia got fucked up in the 1950s when a huge canal, the Wieprz-Krzna Canal (don't try to pronounce it) was built to turn wetlands into farmland. Farming yields increased for a few years but then fell to levels lower than before. Over 73% of wetlands were destroyed between 1956 and 2006. And the process is still going on.

Another ditch nearby is full of water. It has been recently cleared and is draining whatever is left of the water here. The clearing of the ditch was financed by the local environment protection agency.

This tree is not dead yet – this is the tree of death. Raptors sit on the dead branches with a clear view of the surrounding fields full of rodents.

I didn't see any young storks in the nest, which makes this a rather sad story.

If you bought a piece of for your garden, please send it back. Our wetlands are not happy.

I thought of giving all our gateways names form the Barbieverse. The one on top of the house was supposed to be Ken, but it has some serious problems and skips a lot of data frames, so I'll call it Skipper.

The box on top spent the last few weeks high up in the sun, holding the gateway. The box on the bottom was just taken out of the freezer. Beware of the sun.

Had to move Barbie to a new house. I'd take the gateway down every time it was supposed to rain, which wasn't too often. But, hopefully, this will now change.

I put it up almost two months ago, here's the story: qoto.org/@szescstopni/11240783

The bike paths of are demanding. And the bogs along the way are perfect for disposing of those who didn't manage to get through.

I wouldn't be posting this picture had the airplane not been sending and ADS-B signal. Sometimes they don't send them, but this is not a secret mission, NATO wants Russia to see them. I just wish Russia finally lost and retreated. And the airplanes would stop scaring our dogs.

What's at the end of a chemtrail? Precious metal, of course. Usually aluminium is not considered a precious metal, but when it's packed in the form of an E3-A Sentry it really is. Were just 30 kilometres away from Russia's ally, Belarus. Those planes are here to detect threats.

Another chemtrail in our sky. I really like the term chemtrail, although formally they're called contrails. They're very chemical indeed. Lots of dihydrogen monoxide (DHMO, very, very dangerous) surrounded by concentrated nitrogen with some oxygen and argon. 1/

If you want to know more about DHMO, here's a good link: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dihydrog

We're expecting heavy rains on Friday and Saturday, and that will be a good opportunity to test some stuff. I hope I'll remember to change the sampling frequency of our water level measurements form the boring one hour to ten or even five minutes. And I hope we'll have a simple display of the data, still not sure what to use. Does anyone here have experience with Streamlit?

Sufficient signal at almost two kilometres from a gateway just 6 metres high, through a dense forest. Soon it will be 14 meters up. My 27 yo testing platform seems to have an issue with the radiator but today was unusually cool.

At last some water in this desert. But it's flowing out – it will get worse.
