A neighbour sent me a message today in the morning.

– Do you know them?

In our sparsely populated hamlet we know most of the dogs, and those didn't look familiar.

– One of them has an injured leg – the neighbour said when I called him.

It's blurry, but it's a proof. Couldn't take a good picture as I was in a hurry to kill it. There was a time when we didn't bring fucking ticks home from our walks in the grasslands in fucking December.

I have no idea what those are. Paw of a gigantic wolf (7 kg) for scale.

Some of them are not enjoying it that much. This type of snow tends to stick to Bruno's paws, making walking difficult. He has to stop now and then and tries to bite them off, but it's a hopeless struggle. We'll get those clumps off when we get back home.

The jury is still out on whether we'll have autumn or spring for Christmas.

Our are thawing. Guess there'll be no ice-skating this year.
