Something I love about open-access, free or low-cost textbooks is I don’t feel bad assigning students the latest edition.

I’m astounded by the prices of textbooks these days. This is very much *old man yells at cloud* but I can’t believe a single law school casebook can now cost upwards of $300!

You're not providing #students an #education, your providing companies customers.

We never taught Smith-Corona, or Turbo TS40, or Ford Tempo. We taught, respectively, typing, wood shop, and student driving. We should teach word processing, computer technology, and communications.
