You have a good point, Not just France, Geprgia is having election problems, democracy seems to be fracturing all across europe, as for the USA who knows what is going to happen under Trump, Countries such as Russia China (BRIAC countris), do seem to be doing better.

@Geri

Not just elderly people, anyone who can't afford to heat their home and perhaps also has a medical condition is vulnerable, anyone is vulnerable.

I am sorry to write this, but what happens this winter when the first elderly person passes away in their frozen home.

#Reeves will be pillioried in The Mail. That's what

Surely, someone must have advised her accordingly?

Can someone remind Amazon this is 2024 going in to 2025 not 1964 going in to 1965. The world has moved on, why is this still happening. ?

@fulelo

Dailyfail run a nuke threat article almost daily, they are Trump supporters though,

@randahl

Agreed, I like the idea of the euro wide procurement for military eqiopment, this was mentiined here a few months ago. Countries, inc the UK need to boost military spending, and be able to build everything from ships to aircraftl weaspons, so we do not have to rely on other countries

We can also have better ties with other NATO countries such as Canada, who are still part of the common wealth as well of course as other commonwealth nations.

Cyber security is also a big issue, we HAVE to tighten up our defenses, if china can have a so called 'great firewall' so can europe / uk. We still get a LOT of scam callers, which originate in countries such as Nigeria ad india (cite scam interceptors, bbc tv) so we need to find a way to deal with them, sure better education for people and help the vulnerable BUT recoverying the stolen money needs to also be a priority so that it does not fall in to the hands of hostile states.

@dugglebutt

I am sure we follow NCAA rules in the UK and we can't have 2 players with the same number, I will check on Sunday at training.

Does seem confusing as a rule though.

College football has this absolutely insane rule where 2 players on the same team can wear the same number, as long as they aren’t on the field at the same time.

Are we running out of numbers or something??

So why is the guy who puts the podium outside No 10 allowed to be described as hot, or the king's equerry etc,

@jmcrookston

A sign of things to come, didn't this happen before, didn't people get TOLD about it, clear the MAGA supporters are so blind to this.
