@lirontocker Interesting. That has very much not been my experience. Every Jewish person I know IRL (especially those in the LGBTQIA community) is currently furious at Israel, and those who previously identified as Zionists have renounced it. I guess I just assumed that pattern extrapolated out.

@interfluidity Yep. The .NET team is great. Xbox stopped being so childish and annoying. Windows was stable and simple again with v10.

@Ciantic @SecurityWriter Sigh. I miss Windows Phone 8. Windows 8 was a terrible operating system for PC, but it was pretty solid for touch-displays and the phone version was very well-thought-out. Just never did catch on with the app developers though.
@SecurityWriter I mean, I *was* a Microsoft fan and advocate for 17 years before they started putting AI in everything without an opt-in.
It's endlessly disturbing to me that a good idea backed by hard work will lose 9 out of 10 times to a bad idea backed by a rich investor.
