New Rule:
From now on. anyone who complains about the transition to electric vehicles or tries to interfere with the switch to electric, will be prohibited from driving EV's and will only be permitted to drive the old-fashioned putt-putt cars for the next 40 years.

Here is a short clip from "The Nutty Professor" (1963), about a social-awkward professor (Jerry Lewis). This character (Stella Stevens) is reacting to his unusual behavior.

It also makes for a great deterrent, the way nations use nukes.
Using guns is the last resort. Fortunately, there are many tactics and strategies that are usually more effective before people have to resort to violence. When votes aren't counted, there is, e.g., tax strike, general labor strike, protests, and of course simply not following or enforcing the unjust laws the tyrants make.

If you happen to be one of the "lucky" ones to survive WWIII along with a couple of dozen others, will you try to repopulate the Earth with humans, or will you let the species die out and just give some other animal a chance at it in a few million years?
Yes, that's probably true. Also, it says, "..air is brought in and is well mixed with the FRC." Some air remains in the upper respiratory tract, so that amount probably wasn't in their figure.
Regarding intentional vs relaxed breathing, I noticed that you can't very effective measure your own breathing rate/volume because simply being aware of it effects the breathing and results.
It's kind of like trying to tickle yourself, it doesn't work.

I think it's suppose be "Too long; didn't read", meaning whatever info was provided, the poster of "TL;DR" thought it was too much so they didn't bother to read it.
My tongue-in-check disambiguation was a commentary on people being too lazy to read (and therefore less informed).
Wikipedia says, "After exhaling, adult human lungs still contain 2.5–3 L of air, their functional residual capacity or FRC. On inhalation, only about 350 mL of new, warm, moistened atmospheric air is brought in and is well mixed with the FRC."
But when I experimentally exhale into a bag I get what looks like about 2-3 L.
So, at 2.5 L per breath, that puts you at about 4.5 bpm (breaths per minute), which is low. (WP says adult normal range is 12-16, mine is usually <10 bpm at rest.
With different mixtures, I'm sure that throws the whole thing off, because more O2 would mean lower bpm for the same amount of CO2 produced, I think.
What does SAC mean?

(I'm pretty sure it's not the specific answer you're looking for, but it's cool anyway and I think you will like what you see.)
Watch the movie "Tomorrowland". There is one in that movie.
ASD = Autism Spectrum Disorder
AS = Asperger's Syndrome
DSM-5 = Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition
>"Extremely stubborn and I had my own perception of reality."
There's a lot of that going around these days with neurotypicals, too.
In the US, the DSM-5 eliminated asperger's as a separate condition and have folded it into the ASD spectrum, but some psychologists still use the term. Internationally it is still a separate diagnosis.
There is so much more that we need to learn about autism and I think until the neurological mechanism is understood to the point that diagnosis can be done with more objective measures, such as brains scans or chemical analysis, they will continue to struggle with how to classify it and diagnose it and treat it if necessary.
This is sad. I'm sorry you had to endure that as a kid. I hope it's better now.
I never understood that the phrase "I'll tell you later" actually means "I don't want to tell you", until someone explained it to me clearly.
I noticed your profile says you also have ASD. That must have been difficult for psychologist to diagnose with the confounding social dynamics of being deaf.

Pronouns: She/Him/Her/His
(Use "she" for the subjective case, "him" for the objective case, "her" for the active possessive case, and "his" for the passive possessive case. Note: This is to avoid non-PC objectification and passivity.)
