@ovid Thank you. I understood about FTS limitations, batteries drain over time and can only be replaced in the VAB. Wear & tear on the crawler-transporter is an issue that can't be fixed while on "standby" to move the rocket. The eclipse cut-outs I didn't think about. What a mess! If there is a conspiracy to fake all this, as flerthers say, NASA is going about this entirely *wrong*. ;-)

@trinsec Bedrock Edition is very definitely its own thing. For much of it, I don't actually care which way Mojang should decide to handle it. It should just be handled the same.

#Minecraft Bedrock is really chaffing my undies. Comparator reads a dropper with items, powers on correctly. Comparator *should* power an observer to power a piston raising the observer. When the observer is manually placed, the observer clock works and powers soul sand. I could test to see the powered soulsand correctly pulses the dropper, but I'm getting cranky and tired.

What I need is a way to empty a dropper through soulsand for a tile-able item water elevator. I keep getting burnt on #MinecraftParity issues. And I have to wonder if Redmond simply doesn't give a damn about Bedrock gameplay for normal things works the same. Hell, maybe the one from Java uses QC. But I'm running out of room to care, and I'm tired of getting burnt with Bedrock.

@rysiek I wish there was a way to store photos such that I could encode alt text within the photo once, then every time I used that image, the text would fill that field in the client. Accessibility is important. Tools to make doing that, at least to my current experience, are horrid. If you have tools that manage this, I would love to use them and be a better Netizen.

Working on a good mast image for my profile. I'm inclined to have some sort of "profound statement" kind of thing, but then I look at the things that bring me joy! There are such things, of course. I'll go with joy here.

@freemo I brought my wife on board here yesterday. I really didn't encourage her participation on Twitter because I already knew how rough and tumble it is. She has panic and anxiety disorder severe enough to be a disability. She does NOT need... well, Twitter is as Twitter does.

My hope is to get her plugged in with a good group of #grandma s, #knitting , #crochet , #heartdisease kind-hearted folks to help her through the long winter as she is largely housebound. I didn't bother trying on that other site.
