The full video of #Trump's reception of #Zelensky is a lesson of our times. It was a public humiliation conceived from the beginning to the end.
The first sign of this was Zelensky's discomfort at not having the opportunity to also answer the questions. The second was the question about why Zelensky didn't wear a suit. The terms used were the exact same ones used later, when Zelensky was acused to not be respectful in the Oval Office.
Then came James #Vance's speech. Zelensky's point was that #Russia doesn't respect agreements, but Vance was strangely excessive and he broke the mood and started accusing Zelensky, about him not respecting the US, not thanking them for their help and not having soldiers on the front lines.
Zelensky tried to defend himself and Trump then came with everything he had already prepared: Zelensky "doesn't hold the cards" and "needs to sign the agreement".
The humiliation was sealed with Zelensky being forced to remain silent.
It felt more like the end of the #USA than the end of #Ukraine.

Depois veio a fala de James #Vance. O ponto de Zelensky era o da #Russia não respeitar acordos, então Vance foi estranhamente desmedido (e mentiroso) quando quebrou o clima e passou a acusar Zelensky, sobre ele não respeitar os EUA, não agradecer a ajuda e não ter soldados na linha de frente.
Zelensky tentou se defender e Trump então veio com tudo o que já estava armado: Zelensky não tem as cartas e precisa assinar o acordo.
A humilhação foi selada com Zelensky sendo obrigado a ficar em silêncio.

E se já é um chavão dentro das humanidades, imagine fora delas: as pessoas ficam entre dizer que "essa coisa de falar de fascismo é da esquerda" e "se concordar com Trump é ser fascista, pois bem, fiquem com esse mimimi".
Não faria mal, nisso tudo, as pessoas lerem livros como o abaixo, de #JasonStanley, para entender o sentido da acusação de "#fascismo". Não significa que ele traga as melhores formulas, e sim que é um bom início de conversa.
