So after trying out several cheaper pens with every sort of nib under the sun, including some specialty nibs, I finally decided on the type of nibs I want in pens I carry with me. I decided to carry three fountain pens on me at all times, one with a Flex Nib, another with a Fude Nib, and finally a third with a Music Nib.
The Music Nib will give me a broad wet italic cursive good for fancy lettering. The flex nib is perfect for everyday writing as well as giving a lot of control over line width, and the Fude Nib is extra fancy and my favorite for signing my signature.
After sorting that out I ordered three high-end fountain pens with the various nibs. This one just arrived with a solid 14K gold nib, it is a Flex Nib but with a very unique and unusual design. Its a great nib, I wrote my signature below it, one of the best signatures I've attempted so far.
@Kadomony Usually my handwriting is horrible. This is a significant improvement for me (lots of practice.
@MOTT I really dont know why I want to learn. I think its jsut an admiration for ancient scribes and ancient books. Maybe its just cause its a skill I dont have. I always loved fountain pens and I think a big part of it is just wanting to get to use cool pens in meaningful ways.
I've been practicing my signature and decided to give it a go with a few exotic fountain pen nibs. The top uses a fine flex tip with gold sheen ink. I love the J but the F wasn't perfect.
The second one is using a medium stub nib and OX Blood ink. The J isn't as perfect but for the first time my F is completely on point.
Major improvements I think.
Me trying to practice my handwriting, specifically cursive, using my new pen. Its an extra fine stiff steel nib. So while it gives me less control over varying line width it does let me focus on my form instead. I'm seeing some improvement but I have a long ways to go until it looks "nice". Keep in mind I havent even attempted to write cursive in several decades too, when I do write its always print.

You seem to be confusing religious organizations with religion itself.

@TheOuterLinux The game can run at any resolution. I'm just trying to play it locally at a sane resolution so i can see how it feels
@TheOuterLinux 80x24 actually, its the minimum, not the "average". Unless your at the lowest possible resolution or not in x-windows at all that is unlikely for most people.
@jonpemby I think god is the last thing people should talk about in religion. It shouldnt be a question of any value that enters anyones mind. As someone once put it, if god is everything then he is unknowable without knowing everything, therefore god would be the last thing you learn in an infinite existance.
@arteteco Great, I think thats a good resolution to target, in the middle... I was hoping to get 162 columns but that sound like it wont happen without a bit more resolution.. Thats unfortunate.
@FredericGuilbault thanks, whats your monitor resolution (pixels) so i can get an idea of size
#linux users I need some help. On your main desktop linux box, if you open up a new terminal (and if in xwindows maxamize it), what is your row and column count? I'm asking for a game im building to get an idea of just how large i want to support up to.
@LWFlouisa
What do physical signatures have to do with cryptographic hashes, im confused.
