You seem to have missed the point. The existance of the alt or him viewing my posts is not a problem.

The problem is he knew I had him blocked clearly stated I knew I had him blocked, and felt he had a right to tag me and talk to me knowing contact from him wasnt welcome.

His account in and of itself is not an issue, him using it to circumvent the block knowingly is.

This is exactly what I did and said I did. I reported him, said we will wait on admins response, and if he does not the end result is defederation.

@amerika insulting someone based on race is effectively the definition of racism... so saying "its just an insult" isnt an argument that it isnt racism.

@ChristiJunior They has been used as a gender neutral form in english since the begining of modern english in the early 17th century onward. That said "he" would also be often used when the gender is unknown. Neither form is new, neither form has precedence of any significance to modern english.

@ChristiJunior Using "they" to refer to a person of unknown gender is proper english and has been long before trans people were even a consideration.

It also means, now that you engaged in ban evasion, that I will be taking steeper action and will depend on how your admin responds, if they respond at all.

Indeed. If the admin doesnt take action, given the clear and admitted case of ban evasion, then defederation will be the result from QOTO's end. We have only ever had to defederate from one server for ban evasion. IF the admin at your instance doesnt act then your server will in fact be the second.

@ChristiJunior yup you are blocked alright. Dont remember the specific incident. Generally I only block someone if 1) they wont go away when asked nicely 2) you used racial slurs in a derogatory manner.

I've never blocked someone simply for being wrong.

@ChristiJunior also if you are blocked on another instance and intentionally messaging me from another instance knowing you are blocked then that is pretty much a violation of the only rule our server has for defederation.
