> That makes zero sense. Jill has no chance at all to win, Biden does
What in the world does that have to do with what you asked... You asked for a solution. The solution is everyone votes for a third party like Stein. **obviously** if everyone votes for her she has a 100% chance of winning. So your point is simply incorrect.
what it sounds like you meant is "what is a solution that involves absolutely no one doing anything different other than you", in which case youd be right, voting for Biden, or Jill, or anyone else wont change anything, because there is no solution that you as an individual can execute.
Everyone voting for anyone other than Trump or Biden will probably be the most effective single action people could take. A full solution would likely require a lot more, but that will be the closest you get to a solution with a single act.
Thats adorable, The guy starting WWIII and responsible for massive genocide thinks he even stands a chance at reelection... nope I might hate Trump but not a chance in hell anyone with a shred of decency could vote for Genocide Joe.
@stux You sure its truth social blocking you and not the isp or country for it being a hate speech site?
@bibliolater Not me. Is it still slow for you at the moment?
@hornblower Wrong, voting for Biden is what gets Trump elected because having Biden for the democrat ticket is the reason Trump stands the best chance of winning.
On the shelf of some chemistry lab I'd imagine :) Unless you mean recreational in which case its all in the Netherlands :)
There are no people, just other people's data.
Humans only express what they can because they have interacted with other ideas they learned. Lock a child in a dark room until their 18 and let them out they wouldnt even know how to walk to their neighboors house let alone to create anything meaningful.
@wjmaggos Their idiocy may matter, but that doesnt mean we should engage them, particularly when such engagement largely has no positive good and even perpetuates their idiocy by given them a soap box people might listen to.
I use a script that follows and unfollows people by a set of rules. He does this thing where he blocks then unblocks people as some weird ounishment to force people to unfollow him. My script just refollowed as a result.
@ech If your gonna block just block. No one cares ;)
Agreed, its an approach i see a lot. It amazes me that someone thinks its a tactic that delivers.
This isthis guys idiotic debate tactic. He completly misrepresents your argument, co tinues to pretend to be too stupid to understand even once you clarify his misubderstanding, thrn mock you for making a bad argument you never made.
Somehow he tbinks actibg like a moron makes him look smart or something.
Do people not realize that by the time they threaten to block me they have already established that by doing so thry would be doing me a favor.
Clearly not.

This guy truely is a jackass in his comments.. he "pretends" to be a dumbass to mask actually being a dumbass and thinks its some sort of snarky debati g tactic tonpretend to completely misunderstand and misrepresent other peoples point and then argue agaibst the point he made up instead.
Its all very childiah and boring.
@skyblond i only use the basic functions of BTRFS, snapshots, backup, and copy-on-write.. the other stuff is a bit buggy and as you point out not as powerful as LVM anyway. Also you are likely going to need different formats on different partitions so you will need LVM anyway.
Agreed, but they didnt, nor do i think they should have. Simply being a service on the internet should not qualify you as a common carrier. I do think prolific social media services which do not inter-operate opening with other third-party services however should be classified as common carriers.
No i got that, its concerning that you think someone who wishes to consent to giving up their data but simply is foolish and doesnt know what is best for them is a good justification for denying free speech is exactly what concerns me.
To be fair we arent that misaligned. I do think that pervasive social networks should be treated as public space and their ability to censor curtailed. But I would not ban the medium or any forum beyond enforcing limitations on them.
