@TheGnuMaster Hiking with too much weight. I got surgery and am doing better thanks.
@TheGnuMaster I'm dutch now (moved here a year back).. Also itsa more due to my italian heritage than my American :)
@TheGnuMaster Now that my back is better im ramping up my cooking back to where it used to be. That means spending half a week to a week making a dish from scratch but making enough to feed a small nation. Then I freeze it and eat it throughout the month.

@rusty If you find one let me know. I've been doing a lot of reading up on it but no sources I could recommend. I mostly just followed wikipedia links and references.
