Correct, it is not proof much like an address is not a home, and a phone number is not a phone and a URL is not a website. It is, however, explicitly instructions on how to access the proof should you want to review the proof itself.

@danhon Actually I love this.. while the default should always be for people to be welcome to rely and disagree.. some people may specifically not want that, and I do agree it should be assumed open and welcoming unless explicitly stated otherwise. So these seem like a good way to do that.
