So short answer, he does exactly what every single person who picks a side in this debate (or any debate) and digs in tends to do... He uses every true thing he can say to his advantage, and completely denies every true thing that works against his pov as a lie (with little or no evidence to back it).
A good test, did he have anything at **all** critical to say against his own argument? anything? nope?
Now look at our past arguments, I clearly have picked a side out of the two. But do you see me trying to claim my side is perfect no. Look at the person arguing against him, does he admit wrong doing on both sides, or just the side he is against? That will always tell you more about who is at least being intellectually honest in any debate and it clearly isnt Dave here.
So I will largely just reiterate my point ive made many many times before. The situation is, within the lifetime of a single person we have israel carrying out biological (infectious disease) warfare on the Palestinians in the first days of the war, they win that war, using the most vile and inappropriate of terrorism, on a scale that palestine has never came close to attempting themselves. This is accepted fact, even israel doesnt deny it. Everything else has followed from that act.

@chris I have no issue with people being deported if they are given due process. Within the due process kids in cages are fine. The objection here is NOT to having strong immigration laws that are enforced, its if the system has the due process to ensure the letter of the law is followed. Now should that law become unfair perhaps ill take issue with it, but my issue now is the fact that trump is explicitly telling ice agents (in writing) to ignore the courts and to get people out of the country without the right to a trial.
If yiou want my opinion on it you will either need to summarize it for me, or link me to it.

Since there are circumstances, recognized by law, where not having a visa or any other documentation is perfectly legal, yes, that would be a lie since the legality has yet to be determined.

No, We have laws that make it legal to be here without a visa or passport under some circumstances. So no not everyone here without those two things are here illegally.

Except what they are doing isnt illegal all the time. Some people here undocumented (without a visa) are here illegally, others are here legally. Both the NIA and immigration act specifically state cases where it is perfectly legal to be here without a visa.
No idea who he is or what his take is. But if you give me a summary I'd be happy to comment on it.

@chris The fact they lie about a ton of stuff, and they do, doesnt change the fact that at least they arent lying about immigrants and pretending they are illegal despite the fact that they have no due process to even determine their legality and Trump has explicitly made it a point to deport known legal ones.

Wait, people are upset now that Amazon is posting a factually accurate breakdown of taxes and tarrifs... also, how would you even give a break down on inflation, i mean i guess if they listed the cost in "2000 dollars", but if anything that would make it look like inflation is less since it would show "you are paying $1 in 2000 dollars for this $10 piece of bread" which isnt actually telling you what the cost would be in 2000, only that $1 has has 1/10th the buying power, which i doubt anyone would really even understand.
Does this have on the list "remove the right to due process or a court hearing from people he deems"? That, and perhaps his statements about explicitly intending to use it on citizens are the only things that matter on such a list.

I agree, the issue isnt the blocking, its the lies and gossip and rumors without evidence that perpetuate that this blocking is used to fuel.

I have literally gotten a personal block (and on rare occasions an instance block) specifically for politely requesting evidence.. The toxicity can at times really be out of control.
unlisted works because of the push nature of standard (AP). Other servers can always pull the post and show it, but that would be expensive to constantly poll servers. so they rely on pushes. Since unlisted never pushes to peer servers except in the case of indivuals that follow they dont generally get out to the fediverse.
That said they arent a security thing, it can be easily circumvented.
