It's our job (responsibility) to grow that / fix that as better / healthier communication (no matter what you do).

I'd like to have more circles or involve myself with others for healthier ways... it naturally takes from efficiency (unless you see growing healthy people as batter efficiency and as all-rounders)

I think there is a clear difference and even extreme of either or bare-bones extreme... so I would go for education as everything thing else does it's own thing.

A "paradoxical quote" I just realised is a quote is the middle of balances like a see-saw that doesn't move but what you are actively trying to maintaining in the balance(s).

So it may seem not much happening but you are actively trying to restrict / slow down / balance things so they seem neither one thing or another (or even both extremes at the same time but oscillating or fluctuating fast / highly alternating things...)!
