Thich Nhat Hanh composed the phrase “Man is not our Enemy” in his 1966 letter to Dr King entitled “In Search of the Enemy of Man”...

The above is tough to swallow like how eliminating things can seem right (including people) but a fine-tuning of this means a deeper look at what and where things comes from which is a might longer fix... some would say arguably right to 'kill' in certain ways especially if those people know what they do the same way as they know what we do and try to kill us or make us pay for our peace perpetuating our prison.

A fine-tuning which I will think about.

Rest in peace Thich Nhat Hanh and let us find how to rid / heal ourselves of things in life while still almost paradoxically practising certain rules for which there maybe is only rarely exception but mostly not.

Easy to say but the main point is not hard work as in physical labour but the mental contribution and 'leg-work' before and during everything.

Exhausting... but still the eventual gold we need to share.

It's hard to say "Peace comes from Hard Work" if you're already quite inside privileged conditions and literally have gold already but this is more about the mind work together rich or poor... and measurable quality of thinking.

The hard work is still there in poverty and privilege if thinking is not done by one's self and with others in whatever way possible...

To communicate in a way that builds or even imagines something more than the hole money leaves behind (extraction) and cheapens every day (banking)...

To at least re-imagine it in your mind every day... what can I do.... to keep rebuilding that in your mind even if your working hard in the physical industrial sense... still thinking how to drop seeds of healthy wherever you go, whatever you do....

It's going to take all of us to find real balance... get in touch if you need help and even if you don't (because that thinking work is still there to do...)

...Inversely, if someone tells you the wrong advice that can still be good because it shows you which way not to go and what really needs to be done!

Life is quite great like that. Get in touch with people! Make it happen either way using all the advice!

...or doing the same things that have very limited effect and limited spread, and are just repetition more than growing sense or good people.

Advice here is available freely - you might feel better to pay for advice a stranger just might do it for you!

As a boxer you know how to

- hold your guard
- weather any storms
- and then do something about it
(not just defensive ball mode in your shell forever)
(keep your eye for opportunity to do something in life)

This is the same in active conversations - I'm not here to hurt you, many also are not but as part of conversation / being human you will feel hurt / accidents happen / misleading words etc. This is also partly because language isn't perfect so knowing that and the other confusions are normal / natural / part of the whole ping pong to balance it not run so much. Hold your ground.
