This thing is crazy. From Steven Pinker. It hurts my eyes too look at, I actually have too look away. But the center white is the same brightness/color as the radiating white (that's with the black). I think our minds just recognize it as the sun, but still create a physical response. Even after 15mins, I still can't look at it for too long.

@freemo I don't think it's the same article, but it is close. I do remember the article I read putting a large emphasis of including your photo if you are applying for a job in Germany and a few others, as they are REQUIRED in those places.

@freemo Different countries have different wants when it comes to including a photo. Some will throw it right away if it has one, some require it. That's all I would say.
