@Karthikdeva I only use social media when work is slow, getting the work out of the way so I can use social media without worrying about if there's work I'm slacking off on.
And also, check the time when you're using social media. If thirty or more minutes pass and you're still on social media, I'd say it's time to get up and make sure there's some work to do.
