@realcaseyrollins I used the quick oats usually sold for oatmeal preparation, but this can be done with large flaked oats if desired too.
No need to cook, it's quick and easy to prepare, very nutritious and fast for digestion. Great if I am riding my bike soon after for example.

I fought a long battle with my kids, this is way nicer and more nutritious than sugared industrial cereals. Which are very costly if you compare to simple oats in one kilo bags.

Signed up for a nice British TV service, 36 channels and haven't watch any since I am glued to the fediverse and enjoying it instead.
@design_RG I just woke up 😄 Ended up getting 6 hours of sleep, not far off from my usual 7 or 8. But I do plan on catching up on rest this afternoon after my second final.
