Im bardziej "prestiżowa " (czytaj "duże zarobki w przyszłości") branża, tym częstsze darmowe staże (lub dopłacanie do nich). Ostatnio rozmawiałem z młodym człowiekiem, który być może zostanie naszym pracownikiem. Był zdumiony, gdy dowiedział się, że stażystom płacimy.
