@Endless_WebDev I like it as one school of thought. CLOS to me is very functional: classes are "just" data and methods are "just" functions that can dispatch on types. Methods can be used as high-order functions, etc.
But CLOS can be complicated and achieving performance is difficult.

Developer stances I just don't understand:
- Don't care about open source
- Don't care about tech ethics
- Don't actually enjoy coding
- Don't think about privacy
- Don't love to learn
- Can easily turn-off "work" problem solving and interests after hours
There are some contingencies and some contradictions in there, and possibly a red flag, but that's what is in my head.

1) Functional programming
2) Lisp (REPL, macros, regular syntax)
3) Can use it for work (tap into existing ecosystem)
I was already sold at that point, but then came:
4) On backend and frontend
5) And scripting
