Just had a second go at using video chat with Delta Chat contact. Now that I have Jitsi Meet integration set up on my DC, I was able to send a contact a video chat invite. Their DC app notified them that they needed to install the JM app, walked them through that, set up the integration, and connected them to the meeting I'd launched.
Ah! It was specced . On anchors, you can use name as if an ID.

@josemanuel I didn't download my results (shame on me), but many people are reporting the same thing on r/emacs. It is unclear whether the error was in the download or in the data they received
