Test toot to work out why I saw 'show thread' earlier.

@design_RG

Conversation on here seems more lively and intense than on Twitter, hard to keep up.

I have just updated my Diversity in Tech original post to include the additions suggested by @design_RG

Is it possible to give admins write access, so when people add a post, others can go in and make changes, add additional info pictures etc. ? I did ask this in a comment but asking here too, so we can discuss further.

Just had some interesting interaction with an AI in a Discourse Forum. Pretty cool, the Discobot.

Graduated as a user and got a certificate even. 😋

Truth is -- it teaches users valuable, basic forum skills.

This is pretty cool, run from the Linux terminal

Run with : telnet mapscii.me

You get a ASCII map of the world rendered with Open Street Map data

Press q to exit.

Not quite sure where they get the idea that this is torbay., but anyway, hopefully will lead to something and more people being aware the forum exists.

I have sent my local STEM Ambassador coordinator an e-mail inviting stem Ambassadors here.

GIven links to both here and discourse and highlighted some of the content posted, and suggested that some of the Ambassadors may be able to help with input.,

Fingers cross it will yield a few new users.

We're pleased to announce that the Tor Project is hosting students this summer as part of Google Summer of Code and Outreachy. We would like to thank DIAL, Outreachy, and Google for helping us to participate in these programs.
