@ErikaDesign same here. I sell through fb bead groups, but I want to keep my involvement to a minimum. I know i joined this to move away from fb, but I’d like to have a look at your work there. What’s your fb page called?
@ErikaDesign I’ve discovered mewe, which bills itself as facebook without the BS - exactly what I was looking for. No data harvesting and selling to the likes of Cambridge Analytica, no tolerance of political lies. It looks good - a bit pinteresty. Shame about the stupid name https://mewe.com/mobile

That, and realising that Facebook not only tracks public content, but also private messages. When Mark Zuckerberg was asked to appear before the House of Commons to answer for the Cambridge Analytica scandal, he simply didn’t bother to show up. Facebook is bigger, richer and more powerful than any country. Which is why I’m here

@lesh gotta be you. Don’t know anything about reddit. I LIKE facebook - ogling art and insects, sharing jokes and philosophical notions. I want something just like it that doesn’t track your data for sale, and that doesn’t permit paid-for political lies
@sda all soft. I have borosilicate fantasies, seeing all the amazing artwork out there, but haven’t tried it. Don’t have the torch or the oxy source
