I have to call bullshit on this. The comic is correct.
The problem is, when you go to a white supremacist house party, they're going to consider the anti-racists to be assholes and show them the door. That doesn't mean the anti-racists *are* assholes.
The argument in the comic isn't "shallow." It's principled. It applies no matter who is doing the "censoring".
The key is that "censoring" only matters if you respect the opinion of the censor. If you don't, you can just ignore them and their property/platform.
And if there's anyone who still legitimately respects the leadership of Twitter, I've got a bridge to sell you.

The #model of the structure is 100% #procedural. Still need to add roofs.
Starting the road network now. It needs to begin with a simple east-west trail:
Added a loading screen for my terrain generator with stats about the land it is generating.
Making more progress on the #procedural #GameDev #terrain. Softened up the lowlands, fixed LOD background loading, and added some properly-distributed trees.
#Procedural #Terrain for #GameDev is coming along nicely now! I think I'm nearly done with the high-level #algorithm and ready to get to work on the on-foot detail level.
Next generation of the hydrology-based terrain. Still needs a lot of work, but the core idea of creating a terrain based on erosion of river valleys is coming along nicely. Next, I need to get plains, both regular and floodplains, and tweak the mountains a bit more. Then I need to add a bunch of smoothing and randomization to the river paths.
Trying out a new hydrology-based method of random terrain generation where rivers and lakes drive the initial formation of the land. Here's an early version:
