Well.. I would like to setup my own private mail service sir.

What specs do i need to start my own server as a complete beginner?
I'm planning on building a dns server that include a huge amount of blocklist since my device can't even handle a 10+mb host.

Time to start learning programming again.
I got everytime in the world for that. (Well. I took a 1 year off college starting from next semester ).
