Data scie tist here. None of those things have any reason to suspect they are connected to the fund. In fact studies trying to show some overall benefit have been quite weak to come up with any. IMO the harm, while hard to quantify, significantly outweighs the good, that thats another matter.

It changes from year to year. Its a dividend based on the success of the fund.

Strictly speaking it isnt a UBI but in practice it is similar.

Yes all thats correct. In most states they need support to get on the ballots. So its by registering to be a third party supporter that you get them on the ballot, which is very doable

I can understand why people dont want either Trump or Biden.. lets just hope they have the common sense to vote 3rd party and fix the problem.
