This response shows you havent done any research regarding the links you posted or evidence and are literally just looking on google for anything that sounds like it vaguely supports your position.. The first link being the most damning in that regard.

Not even related to the presidential election we are talking about. This is literally about an entirely different election that took place after electing local state officials (senators). No relationship in any way to the presidential election being discussed.

This one of course is also complete nonsense and I even addressed it just a few days ago.

It only deemed specifically that letters that arrived throughthe mail that expiernced a technical error where the postmark did not print properly onto the letter and was not legible or absent could not be counted.

While it is perfectly reasonable that such a law might be deemed illegal anyone doing any actual objective research would have quickly discovered this accounts for virtually 0 actual cases. The number of letters that are accidentally missing a post mark are so unbelievably low that its laughable to even bring this up as a significant influence on election outcomes.

There are actually quite a few cases that were heard, of course, only the ones that actually had evidence, court cases can and will be dropped if no evidence is provided to have the case proceed.

In total 6 cases across different states were held in full, and a rulling was passed, all 12 failed to succeed. 2 trials are still on going but were not dropped and made it to a full trial that is still in progress, and 6 trials were heard, and failed to succeed but has been appealed and the appeal is on going.

Sounds like a much bigger number than 0.

Again complete lack of research on your part, this one actually shows the **opposite** of your claim. This error was caught during the normal process used to verify vote integrity and **not** due to any prompting or claim of voter fraud.

Sometimes human error occurs, thats why the system double and triple checks most votes and when an error is found it is corrected. This is exactly the case here, during the **normal** verification process they found one bin was mislabeled, it was corrected and when the final votes were announced it had already included this correct.

@noelle @dragon @crash @undefined @Mae @MxCraven @cadence Admin of QOTO here... wow really, until this very moment I have not even heard of nazi.social and there hasnt been a single report against anyone from our instance interacting with them in any way.

Have you not considered that you should alert the admin **first** if there is a problem and not just right to defederating a whole instance without even bothering to make a report.

Moreover, even if you do wish to defederate, making a report means they have a chance to solve what you clearly feel is inappropriate behavior, so its rather disingenuous not to.

A few points from QOTO side to help you decide if you wish to defederate from us..

1) We have never had a single user that I am aware of follow, share, or speak with anyone from that instance. If they did their interaction maybe have been to yell at them and call them deplorable, or something that would otherwise be a perfectly acceptable interaction (ie not supporting the instance or their purpose).

2) We wanted to start blocking instances years ago during the great GAB block issue, many of our moderators supported a GAB block. But as anyone in the LGBT community knows from that time period we had a huge LGBT mass migration to our servers at the time (which I didnt understand at first) and when we opened it up to the group to decide ultimately it was the LGBT community who strongly urged us not to defederate from instances such as these.

The case that the LGBT community here made at the time is that most of them migrated to our server because so many pro-LGBT spaces were blocking GAB and similar servers and they wanted a place where they could monitor accounts freely for doxxing and other threats to their community and share that with the appropriate targets, for their own protection. Since most servers that had permissive federation policies were not LGBT friendly they felt QOTO was the only place they could go and be safe on our local server and have access to that information.

It cost us as a server (and still does), some servers (as we see in this thread) have defederated for our choice to defend the wishes and safety of our LGBT community, that is a sacrifice I do not regret and continue to defend. We have even added features specifically with their concerns in mind (for example their ability to get notified when someone on these servers posts but without needing to actually follow the user, to protect their identity and that they are watching).

3) We have very strict no-hate speech rules, and sharing or promoting anything from nazi.social would get one of our users banned
