@freemo Have you tried unagi sauce with freshwater eel? Here's a decent recipe, it goes with multiple types of fish, but is the best with eel.

I'd be careful with the sugar, and add it to taste, because it tends to be a bit too sweet IMO.

So I decided to email my **favorite** teacher, my 4th grade teacher for the first time in, well, since 4th grade more or less. He just got back to me and we have a little back and forth going.. makes me so immensely happy to catch up with him.

This is a long shot, but I want to put the power of social media and federation to the test.
My son wants to become a commercial airline pilot when he’s grown up. It would be awesome if we could find a commercial pilot in the fediverse that we can follow and ask questions of.
