Lack of sleep is the root of many problems 🛌 💤 ...
Lots of further domino effects happen relative to sleep you've had...
When tired it is natural to:
- over-feed
- see and hear things while asleep
- react differently
- skip things you shouldn't
Overall lack of sleep is related to a domino of extra effects... over-consumption included.

@blogdiva Many good points (which I also re-posted parts of as quotes or boosted in whole) but also I'm wondering if Peer Support / doing something similar interests your towards a kind of long-way-round to getting everything everywhere, doing our own thing rather than feeding only bad games (almost create our own but also support it as circle /almost therapy but practical offers/needs also...
Though I'd shoot you that idea as a 'kind of' solution now you have a lot of the bad stuff laid out... All is probably needed to work around and go directly to the hearts of all problems... (people)...
