Trust is what is needed and lacking in the Fediverse chain I think / perhaps.

Fediverse needs chains of Trust which can almost only be easily and personally given / tested / measured and even enjoyed as you go.

I think people don't have this sense of 'risk it - lose not much / gain a lot more' attitude an instead stay less sharing between each other what they like (no need over focus just enjoy).

Plan rest for recovery properly.
Health and cell regeneration come from this.

If you wonder why you might feel like bleh then you can think about sleep patterns or hot water based drinks to recover and hydrate.

Every science has it's own limitations.

The true reason for you're living and being you might not know or have a name or answer of exactly (it's not just a job), but the relativity between humans does have compass.
Head towards it and call it "life" and love" for now.
Reaching each other not just using our minds, but our hearts. To feel.

Hey @freemo, I wanted to ask if you have any tips for other admin or general wanna-be leaders / task managers out there about how to balance things and anything to remember when things might seem like they don't work trying. As long as you like.

I NEED HELP - LIFE COACH / CREATIVE INPUT OR SIMILAR....

Generally "sorting my life out" in terms of what I love to do which we can cover (I save mini-clips from existing youtube people talking, life lessons, good tips, weaving things together, projects)

So some ping pong on that (even if at the end you don't know) I think helps me keep at it and work through it....

Desperate creative times, but I do believe in myself and it's hard from lack of cohesion or input from others without needing to be all-in in a project or stuff that is quite temporary without the relationship or "friendship with the world" seek and working to form as a part of an equation (learning and questioning being part of that).

I feel like I have enough good stuff and just need to say I NEED HELP to allow others to chip in....

This post reflects how hard it is to make friends almost with less reason or rekying on pure passion... to create bonds yourself, almost when you don't need to...

TLDR Even with less business or money involved and even free-school, friendship long-term is tough in of itself).

DEEPER ON THIS...

ℹ️ My statement shows how it's a natural paradox to make friends on as a business Friendship making is more my activity or life-saving hobby rather than job which I think is dangerously mixed.

Probably deliberately mixing work or job means to keep us in boxes and see each other as 'you're good at this' type roles and not multi-dimensional people with broad range of talents or want for all of life to work and attempt it ourselves without banks in the middle).

Business means many things so this adds to the phrasings levels or complexity... On one it's as a work basis, where other people can be welcome to help, BUT on the other hand (at the same time) as friends, we're a natural threat to our own existence! Woah!

TLDR Even with less business or money involved and even 'free'-school (which also could be 'Freedom'), friendship is still tough in of itself.

BALANCE TO KEEP FOCUS AND NOT OVER-FOCUSSING

Learning helps focus but still accepting differences is hard and sometimes takes over focus unnecessarily when something in order offends us to isn't our thing. We need to train ourselves out of somewhat..

TO BE FRIEND OR NOT TO BE FRIENDLY
Overcoming these feelings when making friends is something I'm interested in. Like unlocking a lock or piercing a dam holding water back.

Friendship is often what I try speed up so making myself look desperate I think - because most people rely on circles of work or family to make 'friends'. (To have work colleagues or keep to immediate circles (e.g. the kids in family or vicinity).

WHAT FRIENDS MEANS TO ME
In my mind we're already friends somewhat and just need to find relativity and "get doing what we do best and have been for years!".

This is not easy for others to assume as same "friends" meaning. Passing the casual hello at some point and usually needing to wait 10 years to say "yeah he's ok" is something I can't wait too long for- I already assume lots of imperfection and perhaps realise the world is dying off so "take what you can!".

People as lightweight friends can often wait until 'something happens' and then claim to be done wrong when really we go through together many new scenarios and hardly ever do we really know people unless we live with them 10 years.

BOUNDARIES
So I think to go quickly over these friendship boundaries and allow others to 'get the best parts of you' and 'use you well' and 'you use them well for the parts they want' is important and being the best open judges ourselves, beats being too over-cautious and avoids basically stopping relativity from worries and shyness for sharing.

UBUNTU - PART OF ME IN YOU & VICE VERSA (JUST ONE PERSPECTIVE OF WORD)
A line exists where attachments or extensions of us become a natural threat or liability sometimes as well. Friendship is a tough business (activity / quest)... especially if 2 people are alike... we tend to be wary not letting anyone online get too close; avoid having to talk or being avoid being misrepresenting / misunderstood etc passed the simple "Hi" and "bye".

I think this is why having project work helps focus on that (and not on each other) even though it's unhealthy detachment to have it work only (and discomfort).

You get laid off, and your world crumbles.
- You want to retire but don't want to lose your friends!
- You want to make the world a better place but needing others involves more interaction rather than arbitrary violence-based middleman.

This post reflects how hard it is to make friends almost with less reason or pure passion... to create bonds yourself, almost when you don't need to... I know and accepted I need others as they illuminate my life and without them it's rather dead / inanimate.

I do like the no auth instance name, but for satire and show name 'no agenda' was / is pure genius and matches for a softer / less hardline name for it's direction... and the covers are great with almost sarcastic we have "no agenda" show name :)

Toxic Admins of Fediverse instances can cause more problematic situations and insult people with their ignorances, paranoia or short replies.

For example: Accusing my innocent attempts too early of xyz or too wildly reacting without much reasoning to back it up.

I mean WFT sometimes - I wonder how they do so well with other people but have to conclude it's like they think they know others or profile seems to fit better (or others don't ask questions AND lack any depth and so don't bother anyone).

People trust maybe the meme and non-serious type things from others. So strange. Not fun perhaps so it's more the comedy cathartic stuff with their computer-only life style.

When support is not just computers or money, and more talking to people then what people are looking for will happen more often (for them and what they say they want, not just me).

And probably running a tight instance (kinda sole authority and captain) means you can get away with it. So being good in that way helps but maybe more 'benevolent dictator' style if not feeling the need to interact with others though I only contact those that are that good and for the good - so it's a constant awakening of how much further we have to go to accept other people in whatever strangeness (friend you haven't met yet) from Fedi (which I think is measurably much safer >70-99% are pure gold people) and not something we can't see from posts and interactions.

Actually staying constructive or just progressive-neutral would be better, instead of over-exposing their fears (feeding it too to others) and suppressing people while wasting their own time replying (and sometimes claiming their busy to reply) while a bunch of memes are spread and real talk not read - #QOTO is not included in this but support has to become more human and trusting profiles can be a start to snowball trust - or just not over-think things).

@eriner who I respect(ed - (now less) but smelled me as a corporate journalist somehow from contacting him just because of some yes / no questions and even explaining... but will not even read 1 paragraph of my profile (even if it's a wall of text) to find about more about me. Just reading a bit would do to answer his question / doubts
or... JUST NOT BE THE WAY THINGS START AND END!.

It stops conversation dead after leaving it VERY unjust / negative experience. I really have to stop the injustice / hate filled feeling in it's place or even just medium insult after hopes of 'finding a good person' again go down the toilet 🚽 and avoid thinking too much about forcibly getting some respect or progress. It is hard when people don't play fair / nice.

Anyway I'm sure this is how enemies are created so mention it. If it was face to face maybe they wouldn't get away with it so easily (negativity can be done too easily). It's definitely not all about me here, after our own admin sets good example, and I might not even have to be in the equation so heavily or at all to respond practically or without such paranoia - Am I going to tell you I'm a corporate journalist anyway Eric?
So a lot of stuff is being sent out already so it's strange to ask or doubt AND broadcast you're whole life and then not even accept the answer from the good / non-harmfully intentioned guys 🤣 🤣 or even check the obvious existing content on profiles as I've been invested in for long time _0_🖕 - but really the quality of person today is low - don't expect admins to be otherwise. While do keep trying but we do have to solve working together.
