I'd rather buy a nerf gun and modify it. I've heard people modify darts to have thumb tacks at the tips of them. I assume the tacos are for them to stick to surfaces. But, I suppose there is an overabundance of stupid people shooting each other with explosives 'for fun', thumb tacks would be safer...
