Il RPi che tiene oloturia_bot, buonanotte e damastodon è crashato. Non dovrebbe essere niente di troppo grave (anche perché ho clonato l'SD) ma ne approfitto per parlarne, cosicché si potranno seguire quando tornerà online.
@oloturia_bot È un generatore automatico di strisce a fumetti. Compone a caso vignette e testi e ogni giorno ne carica tre, c'è anche in pessimo inglese e in francesau! Dovrebbe anche andare on-demand via messaggio diretto. Esisteva anche su Twitter e tutt'ora è su Telegram.
@buonanotte Vi ricorda quando andare a dormire. Il problema è che se il RPi viene riavviato (ie. temporaneo blackout) se ne dimentica. Prima o poi lo sistemerò.

The virtual machine reboots because of updates...
Funnily, this thing of automatic reboots never happened to me while using a computer with Windows 10, I figure it's something that rarely happens but people complain a lot about.
Thinking about buying a sci-hub t-shirt, some advertisement is always good.

@openscience @MarkKelson Thanks, I believe this really sheds light on the rush to publish as soon as you get results.
Unfortunately often those results are not reproducible due to how the code is written, which is often specific to the machine of the researcher.
I admit I'm also guilty of this, trying to become better and placing more care in the code.

@rastinza seems like a classic CI/CD example.
One could have used a hook on the push to main which would automatically build and then send to server. This is what still missing for my setup.
I do something similar, where I wrote my own bash script that would build the code and then rsync to server via ssh.

Something like that happened to me once: I was going to move away from Slovenia in less than a month and went on some dates with a girl, she was very shy and in the end we never even kissed, but she'd spend all the time saying I should try to get a job there and find a house and get a stable life with her and stuff like that...
