In another example of wierdness. I have Debian 10 and XFCE 4 onmy netbook, I recently installed
texlive
textstudio and
jab ref
one of these during the install processl decided that the xfce4-panel package wasn't needed, the result of that is that the top and bottom panels vanished, (thankfully the config was not deleted)

it was already known pre-covid that our registries contain less than 10% of adverse reaction reports. i think it's as low as 1% in the harvard lazarus report.
now with covid out people are being censored and handwaved for citing the very same databases (ex. a paper was pulled because according to scandinavian equivalent of VAERS, 2 people died for every 3 saved using the same standards of declaring a covid death [28 days from injection instead of within 28 days of a PCR test, https://justthenews.com/politics-policy/coronavirus/retraction-paper-vaccine-deaths-spurs-demand-more-scrutiny-reported])
there has been immense resistance to admit that adverse reactions happen, to the point they had to drag the medical boards kicking and screaming in Norway as they tried to find literally any excuse to blame something else and too many doctors had ruled out all the alternative excuses to avoid having myocarditis officially declared a risk.
