🍞
tastes pretty good as toast. it didn't brown very deeply (none of my bread does...), but there's decent crunch. the crust isn't too hard (roof of my mouth is safe). tastes decent with the spread I made
The way of the househusband is absurd. I kinda love it

🍞
I think it turned out ok. it's the softest interior I've made.
ingredients:
2 cups tap water
363g bread flour
81g brown rice flour
1tbsp salt
80g maple syrup+ more for proofing
16g pure cane sugar for proofing
1-2 tsp (total) basil, sage, and tarragon
first proof in the mixing bowl
until about doubled
second proof in a parchment paper-lined bread pan until it's nearly
baked at 375°F until i could bring a knife out clean, but removed from the pan and put back in for another 5 minutes or so

Neuromancer 2022
The collapse of a startup leaves implanted medical devices in > 700 people
The unavailability of the proprietary SW needed to recalibrate the devices and maintain its effectiveness, and the draining of batteries, will leave them without treatment and with HW implanted in their bodies
They have to hack their own implants
And it is not an isolated case but a trend

Heyo! Glad to be a part of Socel now. #introduction..
I draw #PixelArt pics, and sometimes #LowPoly props or scenes, or something inbetween. Guess it's #gameart although I rarely think about it like that.
Also I work on a small tool to help with that called #pribambase. And a batch of other projects at various stages of when-it's-done.
Let's get along ( ̄▽ ̄* )ゞ

Anyone have good #3dprinter recommendations? I'm not looking to spend too much on it. I suspect I won't use it very much, and I'll mostly use it for fabricating little disposable toys for my kids, and parts for small "maker" projects.
Has to work well with linux as I don't have any other kind of computer.
@lawyerjsd @mekkaokereke @lewriley @dave @Bam @thetitanborn Harassment is very difficult to track on large instances because most of the time it's done in private messages and the rest are a flood of micro aggressions just subtle enough not to appear racist to moderators.
And local timelines on large instances go so fast that people can never notice that stuff. The only people who notice are the folks experiencing it, and the attackers.
So by the time you document one attack enough to get a single person banned, other 30 are still harassing you. It's an uphill battle and eventually you give up and move to another server or quit mastodon altogether.
So BIPOC folks would need to organize to barely counter this shit, but how to organize when the very tool you need to organize is becoming the tool that harassers use against you?
So, you got what, 10, 20 mods on a server that has over 200,000 users?
A tiny moderation team on a server that large is not gonna do shit.

sorts Tusky sorts the language list by don't arcane pattern rather than just a straight alphabetical with a "recently used" section (which is really the only thing that makes sense)
I might actually try to fix this one
weirdly, Tusky still doesn't display the language tag for a post anywhere.
replying keeps the language tag of your previous post, apparently.
