beware @ChristianKrebel ..... that then you'll likely struggle to use again a qwertz XD

Well, I went dvorak, very far from qwerty/z.... might be less pronounced the effect on a Colemak layout ^^
Still, expect to drop typing speeds, unless you constant swap one with the other :ablobderpy:

I kinda hope I went with a Voyager, feel the constant urge to bring the moonlander with me e.where XD the voyager is much more portable :)

I actually find the 2D more useful, as it also shows titles and not just spheres @ChristianKrebel , but it is interesting to visualize :)

As an example, this is the same view, but in !

I considered Obsidian, but ultimately went with roam as I wanted something multi-platform, libre and potentially future proof : )
But a big factor was that I already was using emacs, so it was just about installing a package and learning it ^^

On mobile is less user friendly, but I can always refine notes on the pc, and probably better ^^

Now there's a very usable emacs for android, and in combination with the moonlander, it is not too far from the desktop experience :)

I actually find it useful for the way my mind works.. have a gazillion notes that I rarely remember I took @ervan .. with roam-ui, I instead get a quick refresh every time a linked note is consulted :)
still have those gazillion notes to port, no idea if one day I will do it :abloblamp:
the perk is that I can share my interconnections with people that couldn't care less :ablobbass:

@mir I use my right thumb! (ergo keyboard) no more pinky! :ablobwink:

@QOTO folks,
is it only me... or images from other instances sometimes load, and others don't?
Both on mobile (Vanadium) and desktop (firefox)

@freemo ?

Just discovered the mode of ( org-roam-ui of )!
:blobcataww:

I know that probably has been there for a while, but have never activated it! :ablobattention:

Do you also use ?
This is a core node with an index, not sure if I should use it or link nodes differently.. but comes handy and can always disable it with filters :abloblamp:

I was randomly browsing the , when I found your @ChristianKrebel ! :ablobcatcoffee:
Wrote a post about it just yesterday :blobaviator:

TL;DR
Arrived from
qwerty full size
to
Moonlander + Dvorak
and shockingly eliminated my wrist pain :blobaww:

What about you?
what choice have you made? :ablobderpy:

Since mid October 2023, noticing I was starting to have more and more , which were lasting days instead of hours... I opted to give those fancy a chance, and after several research hours, I opted for the , there were alternatives, but too far from what I was used to, was unsure and this was my final choice. (also found a good local used deal)

Since I was changing keyboard, why not use also a more ergonomic layout? So, I opted for a and went with and used this combination ever since! My first days were quite.... a going back to when I was 7 years old, sub 10 wpm XD but after a couple of weeks, typing was not as humiliating as before and my speeds increased :)

From time to time, I recorded my progress on and these at the bottom are 4 months of data, from a classical full size at 110ish wpm to currently 60ish, with a constant increase week after week. I am not in a hurry, as my wrist pain vanished, and that was the final goal.. So I'm okay with half the speed and -95%ish pains :)

Hope this might prove useful to someone that is also considering this or have this kind of ^^

The math around pharmakinetics of Ozempic/semiglutide (and many drugs in fact) is fun from a mathematics standpoint and not too hard to understand.

Basically it has a 7 day half life, so they dose it every 7 days. So each week the amount in your blood right after an injection is : 1, 1.5,1.75.... approaching 2. Which means after about a month you reach max dose and it naturally levels off. The curve is basically logarithmic if you did the math though.

Its a nice little intro to finite infinite series, a fun topic IMO.

hmm... I agree @aldi80s, the rap part kinda ruins it.. but might just be tastes ^^

How many years will it be until we are capable of time travel into the past?

Assume humans dont go extinct first.

Have you ever frozen your Linux terminal by accidentally pressing Ctrl+s? That's a feature to stop it from scrolling off, and you can unfreeze it by pressing Ctrl+q.

yes @freemo , I have a light , and the 0.5 is perfect for me :)
I use the 0.7 with color and the 0.3... very little ^^

I always preferred pencils to pens..
I guess I like the non-destructiveness, because when I don't use , I use pens XD in particular the , they become with the raising of the ♨️

I used fountains on primary and maybe mid school.. I remember I liked them :) but only gel ones from high school up to today ^^
