Holy crap im so excited, all the exercise i have been doing paid off, my gas consumption rate is extremely low, even less than someone half my weight who is a top notch diver. My SAC (surface air consumption) was only 0.5 ft^3 / min (14 liters per minute). Im excited about this for two reasons. First tec divers who are fit and well trained tend to be at 15 to 18 liters per min so i am ahead of the curve. Second its the best sac rate i ever got. Yesterdays dive was 0.69 so significantly better than my last dive.

Note that the link you provided isnt about blood clotting at all and thr cause of the clotting is unrelated to the spike protein (which is why the mRNA vaccines dont cause it). The link i provided describes the cause in some detail.

The heart inflamation issue is likely unrelated, at least according to what im reading which explains the underlying cause of the clots and doesnt seem to make any mention of any links to the inflammation issue.

Keep in mind both he clots and the heart inflammation is extremely rare, single digits out of millions. So while they are real issues they arent huge concerns for the most part.

It appears this is limited to the J&J and AstraZeneca vaccine but not to the Moderna or Pfizer.

Thanks, best part is i had fun getting there.

In the past few months since from when i started swimming laps to now my resting heart rate has decreased from about 92/93 to 76 as of today. Being one of the biggest indicators of heart health im glad to see it improving.

So i think im gonna go 30 meters /100 feet for tomorrows dive. Step it up a notch. Probably go with EANx32 for my gas blend.

So i signed up for another shore dive tomorrow. Hopefully i can go a bit deeper, will be with a tec instructor just so he can give me a pass on my skills to go solo.
