Im not even going to need a heart soon :)

Holy fuck my resting heart rate has continued to improve and over the last month or so it went down another 10 bpm. Im at about 68bpm right now which ia absolutely amazing for a man of my weight. 4 or 5 months ago my resting heart rate was in the low hundreds.

I was sitting around with some strangers, one was Italian, the other Russian. Me and the Italian were talking about food, talking about our favorite pastas and various recipes for sauce with our mouths watering.

The Russian probably felt left out so she jumps in "yea i like making boiled cabbage with a little bit of vinegar for taste"... Sit back down lady, you and your boiled cabbage arent welcome in this conversation.

Also qoto.org itself has group directory support and integrates with the group server. That said the group server would work from any instance, doesnt need the integration.

@paprika No, despite all the deaths the dive was rather easy. The surface current was really bad though, strongest current I've encountered. But it goes away when you start to dive.

The hype I think is just due to all the deaths which I suspect is mostly untrained divers attempting it.
