Good morning everyone... feeling productive today. Think I might try to tackle getting Aparapi's CLang build working!

You ever cough so much in a single coughing fit that it turns into a sneeze mid cough?

Happened to me once or twice in my life, one time just now, and it is soooo weird.

A friend just had a brilliant idea, though a bit odd, for the meat issue... Lizard tails. They pop off with no health risks to the animal, and they grow back. infinite meat source, no killing.

LOL I forgot this line

One line of computer programming, whichever language you were using. Up to 80 characters wide, same as the card's width.

I remember. And we loved it. No home computers, no cellphones, no internet. Mid 70's in my case.

Am i the only one who gets oddly hyper when his blood sugar starts to tank? Sometimes I even start to shake a little. I usually cant do calligraphy at all if I didnt eat in a while.

Don't just teach your students to read.
• Teach them to question what they read, what they study.
• Teach them to doubt.
• Teach them to think.
• Teach them to make mistakes and learn from them.
• Teach them how to understand something.
• Teach them how to teach others.

I feel like we need a bot to post ASSIST and ACM journal papers too. I love the arXiv bots we have so much that it makes sense to expand that a bit, considering we are a STEM instance.

Taking a break now from my assignment game dev.

Implemented simple finite state machine to switch between player turns.

Next up is to actually play the damn board game itself.

Pro tip: If someone gives you a compliment, dont respond by giving them a compliment in return, it will feel forced and insincere usually. Be ok with just saying "Aww thanks I really appreciate that". Compliments are best received when they are unprovoked.

Have I ever shared my blog here? I dont think so. I need to update it but it has a lot of good content if your into STEM. You guys should check it out:

(I posted this a few minutes ago which made me realize the link was down. I fixed it and should work now)

"Birth order refers to the order a child is born in their family; first-born and second-born are examples. Birth order is often believed to have a profound and lasting effect on psychological development. This assertion has been repeatedly challenged.[1] Recent research has consistently found that earlier born children score slightly higher on average on measures of intelligence, but has found zero, or almost zero, robust effect of birth order on personality.[2] Nevertheless, the notion that birth-order significantly influences personality continues to have a strong presence in pop psychology and popular culture.[3][4] " from:

This is a wonderful theory, that really makes sense to me. Wish I had an older Sister to look up to growing up.

@freemo Once a colleague of mine asked if she can borrow the book I'm reading as she thought one of her daughters had recently discovered reading and it would help a lot if she sees her mother reading too. I happily gave her the book even before finishing it. After few days she told me that every night her daughter grabs a book and start to read on seeing her mother read. My happiness knew no bounds :)
