@freemo
For those who dont want to do a quick search:::
The treaty[Notes 1] is structured around several groups of halogenated hydrocarbons that deplete stratospheric ozone. All of the ozone depleting substances controlled by the Montreal Protocol contain either chlorine or bromine (substances containing only fluorine do not harm the ozone layer).

So "only" 5M Americans said they would personally be Very or Completely Willing to kill someone to advance their political objectives in the next few years.

15M said political violence would be justified to restore Chump Bear to the presidency THIS YEAR!!

This why MY friends plan to be abroad by Fall '24. Hope you've got plenty of space @freemo ;)

Shoutout to that time i tricked a news crew that was filming us to get little penises and the equation for the batman symbol on the primetime news.

@freemo It was such an unexpected development. The CFCs were amazing in terms of stability, safety and utility. Finally something that isn't going to go boom, not cause severe reactions and be an excellent solvent among other things.

Turns out that UV Radiation made it eat away at the layer in a remarkable way. That's the story I remember. I don't know how much UV radiation that altitude would typically see but the conversion of Oxygen to Ozone requires a fair amount of energy.

Holy crap, i cant beleive my second dive was as amazing as the first. 45 minutes if a 3 meter tip to tip manta dive bombing me within inches. This video i got is going to be amazing!

Todays dive was amazing (videos and photos coming soon). There were atleast a dozen sharks of 3 different species, all within a meter or two, asea turtle, and best of all THREE seperate cuttle fish. One if the cuttle fish was about a meter away and let me video tape him for a good 10 minutes. There was also a stone fish which are clearly the uggliest fish in the sea. One of my best dives ive ever done I think.

Hopped off the boat and decided to swim to a small uninhabited island. Was quite fun. Sadly they wouldnt let me swim back.

The Roe opinion was a total mess. Privacy? Thatโ€™s just absurd. It should have been based purely on the liberty clause of the 14th Amendment without reference to privacy. Casey wasnโ€™t much better. The overarching problem is Congress shirks its responsibility so they donโ€™t have to face voter backlash and they just push everything onto the Court, which is unaccountable to the voters. Then SCOTUS ends up twisting and tweaking itself into a corner trying to legislate.

Also, as you have noted elsewhere, we a need a clear definition as to personhood, which would resolve the issue definitively.

Well, now the ballโ€™s in Congressโ€™ court (pun intended) so letโ€™s see if they have the balls (pun intended) to fix it.

Im in the middle of the ocean boping around the maldives diving. I will be alow to respond for a bit.

@freemo I'm effectively the leader of Gentoo Hardening, a Matrix room which has been focused on security and privacy hardening Gentoo, using musl libc (not glibc), LLVM/Clang toolchain (not GCC), stripping codebases, even getting Chromium to run on musl and are now hardening it with Hexavalent patches. We have made huge progress in getting barely usable or broken musl packages working as daily driver packages.

These improvments have substantially decreased attack surface, allowed us to implement security features such as proper toolchain hardening and control-flow integrity, and have proper isolation of programs.

You can check my Git configuration files repo for the work I've personally done:
