If water is considered good but a bit too neutral in taste for you, then consider flavouring but not necessarily over-riding the water always, a varied amount also takes any solid food to make it a lot cheaper / easier for body to absorb:

= Soups = leave anything in water and cook

= Diluting existing liquids (milk, juice etc)

You can try liquefy foods also by juicer or blender and then adding water... but unless you're ready it's often better to keep solids for when you really need sometimes and stick to what natural you can get and find around watered-down of everything (leaves, mint, elderflower, add a bit of sugar, milk if you like, whatever and then reduce it's intensity after starting this liquid style)

Money is a debt-creation container.

Money contains what the managers are re-loaning and siphoning from like parasites.

The more you pour in, the more debt and %'s are added to the overall equation.

This is the Bank's game and give overall power and justice to them because it's what we base our life on (debt / unfairness / their power to create money- not ours).

Another way is needed more than trying to empty debt from a boat inside a sea of #debt ... 🌊 ⛵ 🌊

#Bank's and #Government get overall power and #justice from you this way... YOU LENDING THEM what they reuse / re-circulate in a bad way...

I see all these as quite similar types of stimulant 💉

Even if it's less of a stimulant, they all give adrenalin kicks / ups and downs in the head / temporary highs and encourage feeding addiction if not mentally balanced.

If unbalanced (which is normal for humans I consider) then people tend to stuff themselves and use it like a drug.

When worried, nervous, have too much work... it doesn't really help original problem and can just delay AND even compound problems (the original stress, lack of sleep, nervousness, lack of ways of in a trapped system + more feelings on top).

For me I see chocolate and coffee still like wartimes as something rare and luxury;

█bad for teeth and digestion consumed daily, otherwise like CocaCola a bit of Cocaine / Crack style enjoyment only if really a rare thing.

Doesn't help now you can buy things too readily and from everywhere - kind of takes away it's special ability unless you actively defend from friends and other pushing it. I let things sit for ages until it's really time.

Kind of too pure for me and consider it deliberately well supplied crack/crap for mice on the treadmill.

Has a lot of damage embedded too. From source (coffee coming from Brazilian railway lines 🚆 built solely to be extract and supply to The West, for example.... sugar imported for watered-down chocolate, just a few squares is enough like sugar cubes)

Those that give kids whole bars are crazy! What do you think / do realted to these things?

If Russian Sanctions against the Moscow Exchange are any news, it's real #war when Exchanges stop talking to another... financially! As they want to catch all the fish before that and don't mind agreeing even during war - but there are limits it seems.

Just saw this post which is nothing major https://qoto.org/@TheOldGuy/112626772915125552 but says the US mostly shut things down / terminate agreements / imposing sanctions in this time of war - which is ironic as they were warring not long before and shaking hands)

All banks and countries as gangsters and banksters !

Basically financial exchanges are main pipelines to tax it all and control everything through it.

This includes shutting it down, taking it over, regulating it by imposing sanctions in times of war (domestic or foreign crisis or self-made / spontaneous crashes) and stepping up authority to achieve that (since all business is a branch of A Government instance)

Try another operating system without risk!

Run Linux using 1 USB memory drive!

Forget CD / DVD 💿 unless really old like 20 years - USB is more accessible and reliable... speed difference is minor...

Test without any hard drive - Optionally install after testing along side your Windows (or just reset back into your existing operating system).

Just 1 USB drive setup correctly allows you to test drive almost any Linux system like Ubuntu or Mint simply by downloading the ISO for it.

Main steps

1- Download YUMI - a Multiboot USB Creator (currently 2.0.9.4)

2- Use YUMI to format USB drive

3- Download Linux Ubuntu or Linux Mint ISO (2 or 3gb file)
- Version 18 Ubuntu seems best / robust for example

4- Use YUMI to add the downloaded Linux ISO to USB
(YUMI allows as many to be added by copying tovia it's menu to USB)

5- Re-Boot + start system from USB drive. Your available Linux version will show in list - run any listed.

6- You're now in and testing the new operating system - That's it!

No install, but shortcut icon from the desktop allows you to optionally install if you want it and have it on a hard drive installed.

ISO's are 1 file containers with the operating system (for Ubuntu or Mint in this case) AND these already include a strong disk manager and fixer called GParted (GNOME Partition Editor) so you don't have to download anything separate if you decide to install to an existing disk, you can manage it here in one go.

GNOME Partition Editor can be seen here also as a separate download:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/gparted/ - but again it's included in the ISO so it is very handy to re-organise disks AND install.

Even if you don't want to use Linux you can have a USB with disk tools and even other repair ISO (almost anything) on 1 portable USB toolset.

Atari name comes from the Japanese term atari, used while playing the ancient board game Go.
(bet you didn't know that!)

And that it was an American company with Japanese sounding name ?

The word atari means "to hit a target" in Japanese and is associated with good fortune; in Go, it indicates a situation where a player will be able to capture one or more stones of the opponent in the next move.

😃 The company fizzled and perhaps Amiga was better but what a storm all that time was!
