Harassing Cops is Legal in USA !

invidious.jing.rocks/watch?v=G

"Scum sucking pigs" is legal to say.

"Worst of all humanity is you" is legal to say.

⭐ Fav part
" We have cops that will hide behind stop signs where they know people are going to do a 'California stop', look around and then just go. But they (the police) are not saving anybody's lives.

They're trying to find a way to steal your money or shake you down in your car to see if there is a reasons why they can arrest you. "

@barefootstache

This Reddit comment was interesting about moving to NEW account by trying to preserve posts by boosting from new account (a different way to think about it that I thought a novel attempt but obviously an issue mass boosting)

" I suggest you can "boost" all posts from your old account using your new account. And post content would be cached on new server, preserving message ID and likes/replies. "

reddit.com/r/Mastodon/comments

(Reddit is interesting for 1 comment so far, and has a search of people's q and a)

@barefootstache Mastodon Importer / Converter / Activity Stream stuff / JSON stuff

Spending a few hours today looking for stuff...

I also asked a lot of people before and sent posts out on and off for months...
====================
BEST so far as JSON viewer is this:
====================

bovine.social/mastodon/

BUT HAS
1/ SHOWS NO PICTURES / NO EMBEDDED PICS
2/ IS A SCROLL FORMAT (INFINITE SCROLL makes it practically hard to re-find post or load it more directly needing to re-scroll)

But works to show posts in readable format - literally add your exported JSON and you get output...

CAN'T

" As far as I know, nothing (not even Mastodon itself) actually supports importing Activity Streams 2.0. "

@barefootstache I was also thinking more as simple HTML output with picture... so I can load in any browser new and old.

I didn't know what Twitter Card is before I looked it up now - seems it's a way of presenting tweets and perhaps loading details from a website post to a tweet post.

Interesting probably more for loading Wordpress to Toots but just as basic output the pictures at the top and the text next below it (perhaps thumbnail for pictures or only if above certain size).

Morally and physically expensive also at the same time.

@barefootstache Yes or very similar. Something that takes my JSON backup and gives out something more human readable .

The minimum is to see the basic post and picture (together) like I can now... (paginated ideally not AJAX style infinite scroll)

Or saving each post as a file that I can open (like a saved email or Wodpress export) with picture inside (not downloading from web). Name for each file could be from CW title or first line of post or first 10 hashtags.

Not looking for a big app - more to convert JSON to something useful and then as many bells and whistles to tweak on top.

1200 killed by police last year (probably more, not all were armed or guilty)

Unnecessary harassment which you can see from this video.

And this is exactly why audits need to happen. It is the only way government employees seem to get educated. It's a shame.

Why the fudge would you write this stuff man... Such a clever person and "LifeHack" about moths...

And no need advocate killing moths or using electric fly swatters... just makes it worse.

What a waste of your talent and knowledge dude... though I accept may you might need to go through this phase before you go to greater things,., 🚀 but just oh man

Can I give you something better to do? Y/N/M ?
Can I pay you to do something else?
(honestly / genuinely)

Example =============
☑️ Make the Mastodon backup of posts (JSON file from export) into another format to show posts AND it's picture in offline viewer / browser (currently Mastodon export is not human readable or connecting the pictures offline)

⬆️ Really would help people I'll 100% credit and shout your name since you like adding / modding / fixing things like in OSM

💬 Years ago I dated a cop in San Diego while I was still in the navy. I was getting ready to retire and looking at career opportunities when he suggested I do a ride around with him and his partner. I lasted 4 hours and we never spoke again. The way they treated people really scared me. I had no idea cops acted like that.

💬 I'm a lawyer. Saying "you still would have searched my car" is so far from an admission, it's not worth discussing. He's clearly saying to anyone watching that answering questions (however answered) would not have avoided the search because it was a foregone conclusion. Any reference in court thsat it was an admission would be easily eviscerated. But our channel host is right. Don't speak!

💬 Any time a cop accuses someone of having drugs, does a search, and finds nothing, it should be an immediate & easy lawsuit.

@readysetretire
💬 When a cop says he smells weed and there is no weed in the car, it should be viewed as a 4th Amendment violation.

@USMC6976
💬 The courts should never have allowed "i smell" as a reason to search without a warrant. It's probably the most used excuse to violate our rights.

💬 A “lawful order”, to most cops, is anything they say.

@farmer8102
💬 "put that cigarette out" isn't a lawful order either, when did police start thinking they could TELL you what you can and can't do when clearly no law has been violated? And there's no law for the "Lawful order " being given.

💬 NOT fuck the system how's about FIX THE SYSTEM

Because the system was designed by their ancestors thats why you find that being a police officer lawyer or judge is usually a family tradition! Look at history the biggest clan had the most warriors and they created the rules that led to the current system which they designed! we're in the infancy of the age of technology I hope 1 day equality will be real and not just something we are trying to accomplish. Less abled less educated and the poor who can't afford good health care or legal representation are suffering due to ill health and a unjust legal system ontop of this if you're poor your more likely to eat the poisen they place on the shelves for their "lessers" to consume which often leads to ill health the system is basically culling and abusing the most vulnerable. The smartest biggest clan won and decided to manipulate the masses to create a system that works for them its a disgrace but thanks to technology.
WE ARE ALL ANIMALS WITH DIFFERENT IDEOLOGY FORCED UPON US FROM BIRTH EVERY EXPERIENCE SHAPES PEOPLE.
RECORD EVERYTHING AND REMEMBER ANYONE CAN BE MADE TO SAY AND DO ANYTHING SO DONT JUDGE JUST ASK QUESTIONS. if we all just asked questions to figure out what led to certain situations then we as a society can implement change to prevent said situation occurring again. NOT fuck the system how's about FIX THE SYSTEM

Cop: "You disrespected me".
💬 Respect is always earned. You get the level of respect from MOST people that you earn. Your uniform was issued. Respect is NOT. Want it? Then earn it! Want hate, keep doing what you are doing.

#Help needed for exporting my posts from Mastodon into an offline format or better version of "outbox.json" export file of posts

( has NO OFFLINE VIEWER for backups + No import ability)

Maybe the JSON (exported file) can be dealt with somehow or stuff pulled from my RSS qoto.org/@freeschool.rss .... right now a JSON as backup is such a bad show for Mastodon as **backup** or human readable export :blobrofl: :blobrofl: :blobrofl: )

@vantablack I think it's about feeling personal offense or like a feeling of anger towards a person (like a spectrum of violent that you don't want to see).

For most we have 'grown' out of it or simply got used to it, but like a religious people about sacred things or someone on lower levels of similar (I don't mean religion but connection to what they believe in) it's hard for me or someone if it seems it's anger toward me or another (I don't feel it so much and with more words but imagine in person it's harder). Censoring a meme is a new one even by my sympathetic standards! 🤣

Saying to someone 'don't fucking do that' lol isn't incentive but yeah I get it ! Oh yeah I guess 1950's people probably would say they are living from those times (same as we do now and that's ingrained in us later)

Don't forget how cave-person we were even 100 years ago and how much we have access too now - were still the cave-man and burning witches types of people despite some gestures of being civil over that being like cracks of light in the dirty windows of life.
