About developing people, not just code.

If you're able to talk a bit and ping pong about a few deeper points let me know. Mainly the developing better people / building each other because I feel people are the weak point / or just the thing to 'develop' because actually software doesn't do that or computer-only stuff for the most part has been achieved and now over-done / constantly over-writing in a short loop what humans need practice to get out of (and into better #communication and #building #friendships etc).

No 'system' currently does that to a more active driver for change (change of people).

Any thoughts on that?

@levisan People are like addicts...Wanting the 'easiest' option and so fall into traps willingly.

As extreme is may sound, it's these people that measurably make others look "extreme" compared to their "just go blind" ways into biometrics / terms of \service' ETC.
Just irresponsible, lazy and even defato evil / uncaring.

YOU HAVE TO DRAW A LINE since people will let thing go to the extreme and just blame others for it instead of trying something, 1 thing, but usually it's near-0 effort, passive inaction from them, which forces others into trying to be responsible that much more and defending more things left unchecked.

💬 MY COMMENTS ON DEVS IN GENERAL...

MANY OF THE #DEVS I'VE TRIED WITH SHOW DISORDERS THAT IN SHORT ARE LIMITED / RETARDED QUIETLY OR NOT... sleep deprived, lacking depth, short-text mode only etc...

So while I might lose 2 fans in saying that (again just in short devs don't want longer emotions or depth between others) and so that's how you screw up life. It's not just software to interface.

You have to put some other people and logic FIRST, else you lose it no matter what project you have.

In this video both are able but one clearly over-reacts to 1 comment and spends too much time weaponising it.

It is about code of conduct and frankly humanness NOT JUST COMPUTERS - TIME TO SKILL-UP people. OR ELSE projects fail across the board and people like that #rugpull it also (though in this case I don't question his dedication but still WE NEED NEW AND BETTER DEVELOPERS with communication skills else ALL is LOST).

I wonder how many of you are actually trying to BUILD and practice friendships?
(⚠️ I don't mean family, blood, childhood friends... people you're lumped with more often - but extra outside of what you need to do and outside comfort zone.

How many here are reaching to total strangers showing example of better relationships and *trying* for building something that can replace even in gesture something more often bank money or musk robbing us of planet?

Or is it the same #shitshow watching and wishing for them to fall for more decades... ?

...And without thinking of something better than business of extraction and #enshitification of people and planet what do you have - a spectator sport / only staying in victim / stone throwing mode more often ?

So I'm saying "not your whole life please" watching, without doing the hard work of people.

(⚠️ YES strangers which turn into bridges and friends / educated decision-makers and are often nothing without you / us building and practising what we preach - because other people may as well be musk if you're not practising something else).

Look at all the hashtags puke there is (or imagine there is a lot). What are you doing to ***BUILD*** BRIDGES instead of hope they burn down?

Build something else (I'm here), even if in your mind and then mindset... otherwise you're also feeding the #trolls and spending wasted time, by clicking, trying to make any logic of those without logic etc etc instead of make what isn't perfect a bit better so we can enjoy it between us.
