...Developing people NOT just Tech... People themselves are the weak point and NOBODY IS DEVELOPING PEOPLE (HUMANS TO HUMANS). 

@Flipboard @molly0xfff Misses the point of improving people / developing people NOT just Tech - we have had similar systems of messaging and mostly and forums have been good but not really humans developing humans - just 1-way interaction - like being a great engine but most of us are socially crap as drivers and can't find a way to increase , measure people on the fly, practise talking to them - so you get 0-participation or organising as any 'social' and just a donation page, tech debugging and nothing else to contribute to all this despite us all working in A MILLION places with our own resources we could do something with instead of complaining about all day or thinking is totally different.

People themselves are the weak point and NOBODY IS DEVELOPING PEOPLE (HUMANS TO HUMANS). Tech people are developing computers instead hoping for a better future.

Nuts to expect better people just from installing or something and I know a bunch of almost-retarded (excuse me but just to be short I mean over introvert or recluse hobbit even with kids) and that frankly isn't good enough / keeps problems going!

Humans need to get used to more types of humans and the rest comes with it...

Not suprised - Eventually happens to everyone + everthing unless we work away from 'system' (of cheating people / profit)... AND ALSO developing people more than just Tech to solve human greed... 

@fabio Without reading it all - I'll take a guess - it's the same happening to EVERYONE in this industry who constantly is surprised at the WHOLE MODEL being a kind of / trick itself - either now or eventually when bad people get round to pulling their pants down also.

and devaluing itself at root on every loan given out (the whole pool of money goes down) etc and somehow people don't "see" it what's happening or that it goes around to them eventually when happening it's over and over elsewhere? Dumb...

All that description seems fine but it's MISSING the overall scam / trick / pressure of us passing around (or whatever the same) and MONEY ITSELF being a scam AND THEN also others yes with THEIR short-term scam-syndrome (greed or stupidity or shooting self in foot).

EXPECT EVERYTHING LIKE THIS - AS A SOFT OF HARD ON PEOPLE.

What you describe as selling things / parasitic etc is also unfortunately the problem (even the luke warm versions), so while people think "I have to stay alive / do something" selling your planet catches up with everyone / selling your body to unethical people using unethical money etc is just too much bad work fast... just have to get out of this accepting fall-out.

Don't wait for it to happen again we have to THINK ABOUT USING something else that doesn't take from our# future and / everything from the past of generations who did or didn't know what they were doing to the children of the future using debt and control points to constrain / sterilise them / all .

Seems perhaps unrelated but isn't - long and short chains all count and come back to the same money used for (neutrally said too, that's just what money was made for, war!).

And IT / many working people are part of that "industry" as soft war (software) or hard war (hardware) when a lot of money goes to states

Also I want to use this opportunity to say we need more itself as a focus branch of Mastodon (which is mostly text-based). This in turn will give you and us benefits...

If I say "Mastodon doesn't directly encourage social events or activity beyond aesthetics" I think it's mostly true.

A branch of Mastodon to help gather groups by 1 or two keen people like me (free) goes a long way from text-mainly ways to audio chats and really bonding / finding relativity more.

Because even the best social engine (like it is now) does maybe near-0 for helping people pool together to interact REGULARLY.

The non-talkers / too-polite / inhibited Tech people NEED HELP to express more personally and develop their social side as part of the sport of social and moving together...

We can find a focus and help others talk aloud with each other as the main sport of socialising and finding others who want to be found at the same time as problem-solving as a bonus individually or for Mastodon...

ANSWER =
chats are a simple enough way and SUPER-quick to join as individuals into circles to say hi and what we're looking for / what we can help with.

So even as text it would be great to have a regular circle but even after text something like audio chat is something great MORE COMPLETE AS A SOCIAL. ETC HAVE AUDIO RECORD for example...

A pool of people (as resources) is not really being used currently as there are a lot of us with free time and resources to !... ETC

E.G Fixing a laptop audiably, live-talking about German politics, graphics design etc etc.

People don't know how to speak / be more human is my main point. Need a place to practice! Text isn't human-enough today.

Tech is developing hardware and software NOT developing people (which is part of solving the human psycho-social problems).

A person holds value in themselves better in many ways than an Americanised computer, and even if it ahuman is not as much data a person holds their and with whatever they do AND can consider others and their principles a lot better.

TECH IS LARGELY ERASABLE / OVER-WRITABLE / CAT AND MOUSE / ETC. People hold it long term better and can explain to others,,,

I find assuming people to hunt people, job, events for themselves and hunt other humans isn't really great and could be more easier with a bit of help from the Social engine itself! - WE NEED MASTODON (living staff) TO HELP PRACTICE SOCIALISING AT SPECIFIC MINI-EVENTS / MINI-CHATS!

I'm not saying takes all responsibility but ME recommending and doing all this means a different / strange things rather than trusted Mastodon or testing crew being happy to test / try it...

For a social movement it needs to be socialising itself else just empty...
( 🖼️ ok some cat pictures and single replies / arguments but not really developing people, justs develops the empty-ish tech site increasingly Americanised even if it isn't all).

It's like a social engine going to church only on Sunday's (or in this case ') and that's it - not really progressing life, staying in cat-pic mode / non-deep discussion. It's killing us.

@_elena We (people on but also generally) really have to work on (talking more deeply together).

We, the people on fediverse but also generally have to do this - such a missing piece of 'social'.

could do this with some but I guess it's "people-work" people want to avoid. I want to upgrade the mindset of people not hardware... adjust principles or priority while not wanting to damage them or their individuality. Better pooling together even 'manually chatting' .

Rather than text - really join forces / efforts (at speed just not 0 or 0.1). Now we're just a bit more private still inside the defensive / distant world of chiming in rather than really trust (a non thing) and friendship (real federation) and other people related things in themselves - rather than external -ism stuff.

Anyway I'll be available to chat in anytime this week - next year etc! IF anyone cares or wants to find a way ... 50% of this is just having the will to find a way...

I feel like you Elena and what you said about Bluesky is similar about Fediverse - nobody, dust, cat pics... shadow ban each other unless it's super-light / stanced stuff.

My account is a years of trying to ask people increase trust or get them people to use people, explore... (!.... a free or available resource almost) using them for free for free freedoms!... Nope.

Many don't have that 'ability' or maybe feel the need to *wait* for something else like organising. But most of this is just about individuals doing it, ad-hoc, nice-looking or not... just encouraging and incorporating all...

And it seems like when people are popular it's for mainly technical stuff not really chatting to the fans or Fediverse building stuff - it's not about working out how they help others contribute / participate en mass as collective.

Donate button, patreon, but not really... Banks don't work (in fact the opposite are doing badly) so it has to be the people work as they hold the 'values' best...

He later posted this image of his camera sitting on top of what appears to be a court date notice. The caption is very cryptic, but from the picture I infer his camera survived & he was in fact arrested. No word on whether he had any injuries, though at a minimum I’d expect bruises. An absolutely #unconstitutional #arrest.
