All is about progressing our mindset especially against bastards and short-cutters (this includes dev's that don't care) so that the underlying mindwork (and even love between the people) is there and not dangerously sold out / using underlying cold system, with cold people, who have near-0 people skills and only maintain a nicer looking reality which in practise shit on people on the while.
Serving anyone who wants to explore, develop themself and others. We have to improve communication (nothing can last without that). Without comms it's more nearly towards fascism / ultimatums / rug pulls / constant "oh gee it happened again, let is not do anything about it".
Rebuilding things like the mind again is hard but a component check is necessary and one gets better as time goes on (not the opposite in using quick-fixes that undo us over time).

I use #IRC and see many still do.
Old tech is harder to hack on a immediate circumstantial basis, but is also harder to actively access portably.
New tech is the inverse of that, two sides of the same coin, which people usually dismiss the latter for the reason of ease of use being the best choice.
I find it hard to describe myself or define myself....

Ok not quite but IRC for example will do fine (used by DJ people and gamers for instant 1 room for shouts and comments -
nothing else does that so fast and freely)! So yes IRC ... for those that have fans I mean else XMPP / emails probably !

Privacy = Using Old
Can be a trade-off but consider New = #Spyware and they didn't AND COULDN'T embed as much evil hardware and code - so literally they are limited by you protecting yourself when using limited retro hardware (old mobile phones I mean + including old smart phones).
I admit there are exceptions like operating system that have caught up - using Linux Mint - but even old WinXP install would be ok/better for mostly offline use (the trade off is maybe in WinXP's favour for how easy it is to use / manage system than Liinux for newbie). Could be wrong for this but again phones easier example...
Thinking of Android phone MOSTLY here... so less Android version = less problems + less extra overkill hardware (CRAZY 3 camera on phones, triggers for when you move etc).... NOT NEEDED
Happy to hear thoughts, never perfect but seems old is better limited and less mistakes by user that doesn't choose to undo all the settings or find the secrets to dumbing phone down...

+ basic imaging even though you can still use old Android for almost everything I've tried!!
APK stores STILL EXIST for old and I saved those I want for next phone!!...

We have a well drilled deep into the fractured bedrock of the Berkshire Hills. It is slightly acidic and moderately low in minerals (electrical conductivity of 50-100 ΞΌS/cm). After filtering through a bed of calcium carbonate to protect the pipes and sweeten the water (de-acidify), it is absolutely delicious.
I installed a restaurant grade faucet in my kitchen recently. Among the many other things I enjoy about it, one of the best came as a complete surprise.
Unlike residential faucets, the restaurant faucet does not have a traditional aerator. The faucet outlet is designed so that at high flows, the water forms a turbulent column of aerated water. But at low flows? Absolutely crystal clear laminar flow with hardly any disturbance. Just a slightly twisting bar of laminar flow. It is a thing of beauty.
And now, I find that I can only drink still water that has poured into my glass via laminar flow, like liquid glass, without the addition of tiny air bubbles. I just love watching it.
Has anyone else discovered the joy of laminar flow?

I can help simple processes that are like normal eating but more economising... without big jump,
Just put things there and drink mostly everything (eat solids afer cooking/milking/diluting)
In water form is good for body too and keeps warm / hydrated / good recovery.
β οΈ Not Buying luxury food is the best form of activism I can think of.
Hungry still when you have food...
Make it last as your protest against supermarkets / kindness to Earth.
Why? You do it on your own terms, it's kinder to environment and makes everything last
(reflects also Zizek's "No Way Out" about multiculturalism to our own detriment.
Take food when you really feel and be grateful. Lots of the same good is better sometimes- Potato mainly everywhere in the world.
Essentially only buy these most basic food, mainly:

βSalt and pepper for above
then be grateful for
βBread (old / heavily discounted, dumpster)
βHoney (make friends with bee-keeper),
βVeg (old / heavily discounted, dumpster)
βSpreads / Sauces that last and just give taste to above list
βLeftovers (find from people / encourage contact like a form of Christianity / helping people)
βRice (not best but if you have a stove that's your heater you can drink water from it / milk rice and then eat it / drink solids)
β Peanuts - also small and help pass the time, salty
Things that chew or crunch as a psychological help too getting though and working on your life.
β Mungo beans (sprout in sunlight), Any dry / cheap beans (need cooking but cheaper)
β Big pot for constantly filling with water and drinking (not eating solids until you feel it's time)
β Fruit, sweetcorn, oats / oat flakes, cucumbers in jars / pickles...
Everything old / heavily discounted, dumpster, milk / dilute everything... find what you naturally can eat and make last
β οΈ Not buying into bullshit like chocolate - use any sugar in tea, warm liquid instead. βοΈ
