#slackware somehow is missing from this list, while being systemd free all the time. maybe it's not "sexy" enough :)
"stable" 14.2 is a bit outdated, you could try slackware-current. it's rather stable for a bleeding-edge thing, probably because most things are kept vanilla and not patched to death.
if you want to try -current, AlienBOB creates unofficial installer ISOs for that:

version 15.0 should be ready sometime this year, if everything goes well.

until you try to setup a vpn with networkmanager and systemd-resolved manages to be even more broken in regards of updating your resolvers than any hack used previously. welcome to hell.

@rgegriff @lupyuen It's mostly a matter of philosophy. Some feel that systemd takes on too many roles, violating the Unix principles. This does bleed into it being technically undesirable sometimes, since it might be "bloated" in some regard (e.g. slow, unmanageable, etc.).
From a regular user's perspective; it won't affect you. systemd would very likely benefit you.
From a systems administrator's or enthusiast's; you might have concerns about systemd.
@lupyuen As someone who's entrypoint to Linux was Ubuntu (after messing around with things like dsl, puppy, and other stuff); can anyone explain to me why systemd is so dang devisive? Is there genuinely anything technically wrong with it, or is it just another vim vs emacs thing?
Minetest is a FOSS alternative to Minecraft, and has just received a major update. Follow at:
➡️ @Minetest
It's available for Linux, Mac, Windows, Android and BSD from the official site:
The update makes it much easier to access game modes and mods. If you haven't tried it in a while, it might be worth another look.

This android tablet has a dead battery and depends on external usb power. I've set it above my normal monitors as a dashboard, but haven't yet decided what it will hold.
Not sure I can ever hide the android navigation bar at the bottom, but the null keyboard frees up lots of vertical realestate.
That tablet is ssh'd into my pc, so I can attach the visible session in a regular konsole tab and ctrl+b_ctrl+arrow the sizes and modify things easily from the pc.

PSA: To everyone receiving your #PinePhone, please read the included documentation and consult our Wiki (https://wiki.pine64.org/wiki/PinePhone) prior to use.

Some #FollowFriday to consider
Been using my #pine64 #pinetime for a few months now with #WaspOS
It's been a awesome tool! I use the flashlight app for seeing in the dark at night (to avoid stubbed toes), the haptic alarm to wakeup in the morning (it's got a strong vibrator!), and of course it's a nice watch too...
Recently there was also a calculator added to Wasp, although I've not yet had to use it. I think I'll switch to infinitime though once it gets the haptic alarm, as it's got more Pinephone integration. 😍
