you almost always want to hire a specialist like that if you want something done on a professional level.

on my part, i know a little about a lot. jack of all trades, master of none, with the exception of software development, which i did for a living until i burned out 3 years ago.

i need an external stimulus to get motivated. i know this for a fact, because i've had some small drips of that, and it always makes me super motivated for a week, but since it's only a drip, i shut down again after that.

if i'm going to do anything, i need external reasons, and i have none. i don't have an inner drive to speak of. i literally just kill time all day if left to my own devices.

i literally need someone to show up and get me out of here.

So apparently I just realized when i first started as a ham over a decade ago I participated in an E-M-E contact (Earth-Moon-Earth). I had no idea what it was at the time but i see in my notes it just says "EME net?" and now as a more expiernced ham i literally know I was talking with someone by bouncing our signals off the moon..... soooo cool.

@thor I cant speak to your language. But as someone who is particularly aweful at learning new languages I can say of all the languages I ever attempted the non-dead language I found the easiest would be German.

That said of all languages I am best at latin, and even that not anywhere near great... I think it being a deadlanguage no one is alive to correct my bad pronunciation either :)
