Very nice that it can play videos well, with such little processing power and resources.

My hometheatre PC needs an OS overhaul, should try a linux variant on it.

@drdej555 Could you post a screenshot maybe? I do not use Norton, and don't see the warning (a false alarm, imo).

For me, that link shows the "Home" feed posts, and all the regular mastodon surroundings.

@shivain22 Forgot to mention - that I feel it's much easier and nicer to use Mastodon via a web browser, in a desktop or laptop machine.

Mobile works, but there's so much to see, I wouldn't be able to use it as i do on mobile. Zillion tabs open here at all times, for example.

From the digging around I did, looking for the reason, it seems it was Google's miscommunication causing it.

The program name changed from one version to another, the most recent. Sadly it's not on F-Droid either. 😞

The developer, Alex, is a single programmer taking on the whole project, and now with two stream releases in desktop versions.

He might just have put it into the back burner, for now.
